If your items are defective or were damaged during shipping contact us within 14 calendar days. Once we are contacted, we will arrange to have your merchandise returned. Merchandise must be unused and in original condition. Please include all original packaging materials, accessories and manuals. Pending inspection, an exchange, credit or refund will be issued based on the item value.
